The following Terms and Conditions of Use, together with the “Issuance and Commercial Deposit Agreement for Electronic Payment Funds,” constitute the content that regulates the legal relationship between Sistema de Transferencias y Pagos, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution (hereinafter, “STP”) and the “CLIENT”.
